Year of Disabled People (EYDP) The National Disability Arts Forum
(NDAF) has created an online calendar of EYDP arts events in the

The Centre
for Accessible Environments is an information provider and a forum
for collaborative dialogue between providers and users on how
the built environment can best be made or modified to achieve
inclusion by design. As a charity it has a mission to share its
expertise on the practicalities of designing accessible buildings
and places. Its services include information, training and consultancy.
Its clients and services users are disabled people, their families
and advisers, including occupational therapists, construction
professionals, businesses large and small, health trusts, schools

equal opportunities practice across an arts organisation. It covers
a wide range of issues and provides useful checklists and exercises,
as well as case studies, within a manageable sized book. Sections

the arts, and promoting access through developing effective customer
relationships. Recommended.
